During the promotional campaign "on the road - without overload" conducted by traffic police from September 28, 2015 till October 4, was fixed a huge (catastrophic) number of violations in the sphere of tachographs.
Violations are reported of by traffic police of almost all regions of Russia: Moscow, Ossetia, Karelia, Komi Republic, Novosibirsk, Murmansk, Ryazan, Lipetsk and many other regions. The main type of violation was "driving trucks without tachograph, including faulty or blocked device".
According to official information of the traffic police such a violation is permitted by 25% of truck drivers!
This statistics have yet to analyze by the state bodies and draw the appropriate conclusions.
